Charming hotel close to cultural experiences.
I was disappointed by the noise levels in and around the hotel, which disrupted my sleep on multiple occasions. The room I stayed in had considerable disturbances from water running in adjacent rooms, making resting quite challenging. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite audible, further complicating any efforts to relax.

Rooms very clean, comfortable bedding, good wifi access.
Room small, bathroom tighter, no refrigerator or kettle. Lack of hooks or shelving for clothes in both room and bathroom made it awkward.

Really enjoyed my stay! The location is perfect—just steps from the Cathedral and bustling streets. My room was spacious with comfy furniture, and the staff made me feel right at home. Just a bit noisy from the street at night, so ask for a quieter room if you can!

Excellent central location with easy access to the cathedral and vibrant streets full of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious with large windows, providing plenty of natural light. Comfortable bed ensured a restful night. The breakfast offered great value at 7€, featuring freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee. Reception staff was friendly and available 24 hours. they were helpful in arranging a taxi for my early check-out. However, parking was a hassle. the multi-story parking nearby was tight and challenging to navigate with a larger vehicle, although staff provided useful directions. Wi-Fi connectivity was weak on the second floor, affecting my ability to plan my day. The room could have benefited from a safe or refrigerator. Despite minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the good level of cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel.

Couldn't recommend more for a hurried visit.
Clean room, friendly staff, perfect location, with 24-hour reception and a short 15-minute walk from the nearest train station for easy access to the area’s attractions.
Parking is difficult and tight, surrounding the hotel is a pedestrianized area, which can be inconvenient for larger vehicles.

The room was spacious with two big windows letting in a lot of light. The bed was super comfy, which I loved. The bathroom was fine, but it could use some hooks for towels. The air conditioning worked well, and the quietness made for a peaceful stay. For breakfast, the nearby café offered fresh orange juice and good coffee, which was nice. Overall, the charm of the room added to the experience.

would definitely go back.
We booked a Double Room with Spa Bath. The hot tub was amazing! The room had air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Super clean linens, towels, and body soap were provided. Lots of great space too. The lift access to upper floors was a plus. Spa facilities were perfect after exploring Granada.

The hotel is really centrally located, making it easy to explore major tourist spots like the Alhambra and the Cathedral. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was, and the staff were incredibly friendly, offering tailored local advice. A standout was the cafeteria's spinach tortilla, which was the best I've ever had, adding a delightful touch to my stay.
The noise levels from the street could be a bit disruptive at times.
